ross is my name ...I am writing to you to express my concerns in relation to your car was at the Goodna location.
I have been going there for about a year ...but the last 3 times I have been there, the job that the staff do has been of a poor quality on the pre scrub, I have always purchased the ultimate wash.
the issues are. missing some of the wheels or panels!
today I was there around 2.30 and after the wash I drove out, stop in the driveway and checked the car, both wheels on the passenger side had been missed, and one mirror
I approached one of your staff members about it, upon explaining it, he shrugged his shoulders, and said nothing...blank look on his face...
having said that, I could get the 12 year old across the road to wash it for 20 dollars and get a better result.
I am sorry to have to send this email to you, but I am disappointed the wash and the service
